Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an item(s) which is damaged/defective* or incorrect (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) we can provide a Royal Mail Tracked Returns Label upon request, please print this label and affix it to the outside of the packaging and take to your local post office.
When we have received your return, we can either offer a full refund for the goods or a replacement order. *at the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.

You will be responsible for the full cost of returning your item(s). delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days of the return being delivered.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item(s) that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for unwanted item(s), if you have recieved a damaged, incorrect, faulty or otherwise unsatisfactory item(s) please follow our returns policy.
